About

My Approach

I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I offer in-person and online counselling for youth (15 & up) and adults.

I was born and raised in Chiangmai, Thailand and moved to North America in 2004. My lived experience as a non-binary, person of colour immigrant deeply shapes my passion for working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and gender identities, and informs the care and understanding I bring to my work.

I have several years of experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, stress, depression, LGBTQ2S+ related concerns, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and trauma. I take a collaborative approach, helping clients explore and better understand the patterns and experiences that may be keeping them stuck, while developing practical coping strategies rooted in self-awareness, self-acceptance, and compassion.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. My work primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support meaningful and lasting change.
